Omega Vintage Constellation “C” Watch 168.017: Head in the stars
Let's talk a little about this beautiful Constellation and its rare finely ribbed linen dial.
The Constellation range appeared at Omega in 1952. The movements are chronometer certified and the case backs are engraved with the image of the Geneva observatory as well as eight stars.
Watches elegant, precise and well finished .
State of play
From an aesthetic point of view, this watch is in good condition. Only the glass is missing, it cracked between 2 and 3 o'clock and will need to be replaced by an Omega glass.
Mechanically this watch has seen better days, a complete cleaning and fresh oils are on the agenda.
