A legendary diving watch from Seiko in its original and JDM (Japan Domestic Market) version, understand “reserved for the Japanese market”. A Holy Grail for many collectors!
The 6306 was produced at the same time as the 6309, but it was not until 1981 that production of the latter was moved to Hong Kong. Produced for only 5 years, the 6306 is much rarer than the 6306 export version. In addition to the day in Kanji, the Turtle JDM is powered by an improved movement: 21 jewels and a stop seconds system. Its export counterpart is equipped with a 17-jewel movement, without stop seconds.

Condition : Superb, the watch is in good general condition. Replacement mineral glass, the original one (scratched) will be returned. The tritium dot on the scope has been restored. New bottom gasket and bezel gasket. The movement has been completely overhauled, working perfectly. Waterproofing not guaranteed.
