While most collectors think of brands like Vulcain and Jaeger-LeCoultre when they think of alarm watches, Bulova was also a major player. This particular example dates from 1960 and is powered by Bulova's manufacture alarm movement, the Cal. 11 AERC. With a beautiful diameter of 34mm, its patinated dial, and this blued alarm needle, this Bulova is full of charm.

State : Superb, the watch is in very good general condition. The acrylic glass and crown seals are new. The hour and minute hands have been restored. The movement has been checked, this Bulova works perfectly. Waterproofing not tested.
Watch warranty : 6 months
This movement is special, there are two crowns but only one barrel. To wind the watch and the alarm you must wind the crown to 2 o'clock. To set the time, pull out the crown to 2 o'clock and set the time as usual. To set the alarm, pull out the crown to 4 o'clock. Please note that it cannot be set in reverse. To activate the alarm, pull out the crown to 4 o'clock. To deactivate it, leave it in the initial position. When the alarm is activated, winding is not available.
