It all began in 1976, in the midst of a watch industry crisis, when Mr. Raymond Weil decided to found his own company and bring to life his vision of what Swiss watchmaking should be, in order to bring a new dimension to the profession. Mr. Weil's creations were immediately acclaimed by both watch enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. Once firmly established in Switzerland and driven by his enthusiasm and experience, the founder of RAYMOND WEIL explored Europe and then the entire world to build an international network.
