Seiko Cronos J14018 from 1959
In the mid-1950s, Seiko was absolutely determined to rival the quality of Swiss watches and made this known by unveiling the Crown, manufactured by Suwa. Daini, for its part, proposed the Cronos, an alternative to the Crown with a slimmer movement. The stage was set. The rivalry between Suwa and Daini worked wonders and Seiko became number one in Japan.

Condition : The watch is in good overall condition. Some dial imperfections. New crystal. The movement has been serviced and regulated, this Seiko runs perfectly.
